Have your Spanish company
incorporated at a cost of only 1250 euros

Do you need a Spanish Company to start your business in Spain or as a
non-trading holding Company for your property in Spain?
We incorporate, through our agents, your fully registered Spanish company
for only 1250 euros (including all formation costs and expenses until and
including registration in the Companies Register).
We shall provide you with expert assistance and advice through our
Accountants and Solicitors to set up your fully operational or non-trading
company with the following characteristics:
You choose the NAME
(according to availability depending on previous registration of equal or
similar company names)
3100 euros issued CAPITAL.
* (if issued capital is higher our fees will increase but still we will
offer you extremely competitive rates)
**(the capital does not have to be paid up in cash, but can be paid by the
introduction of items to the company i.e. computers etc)
Up to 6 SHARE HOLDERS.
You choose the kind of commercial activity or object for
the company.
You choose the Spanish ADDRESS for the company (within
Southern Spain).
*(We can provide an address service for a small fee)
With a fully operation Spanish BANK ACCOUNT (available
after registration of the Company in the Companies Registrer) with
chequebooks and Internet Banking, and with possibility of credit and debit
cards at VERY LOW COSTS.
VAT and Tax Number registration.
Average formation period is of
about 10 business days + 2 more weeks for full registration; however, the
company is partially operational after the initial 10-day period.

If you urgently need a Spanish
Company we can provide you with ready-made ones for 2,100 euros (all costs
included) with exactly the same characteristics of above, including your
appointment as Director (Administrador) of the Company and the changing of
the registered address of the company. These also can be simple non-trading,
holding companies or fully operational trading companies.
I need a special set-up
If a regular company based in
Spain does not satisfy your requirements and you need a more specific
structure, do not hesitate to contact us for additional company information.
We may provide you with any off-shore structure that you may require
including off-shore/mixed structures based in Spain or other international
structures such as those in Gibraltar, Panama, Liechtenstein, Delaware,
Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and many others that could satisfy
your specific needs.

31st 2008. The above quote corresponds only to Companies domiciled in
Southern Spain and does not include:
Issued capital of the company and
additional legal documents such as powers of attorney, ratifications or
amendments due to incorrect information provided by client. Courier costs
and postal costs to send the Company Incorporation Title Deed will be
charged separately. For companies with an issued capital over 3100 euros
please, contact us to obtain a very competitive quote.
(2) Off-the-shelf companies depend on the
availability on those moments. When acquiring a company you must update it's
address and managers information.
